Very quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located to Merriweather Post Pavilion; a live music venue, Columbia Mall, Library, Toby’s Dinner Theater, 2 movie theaters, Main Event (bowling and games), numerous restaurants, grocery stores, pools (indoor and out), 30-45 min drive to Baltimore Harbour and Washington, DC. There are walking trails, 3 man-made lakes, along with local Hospital and Urgent Care located within 5 minutes. Howard County has lots to offer, if you are looking to relocate. My home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. I have two friendly cats. The lower level is a rental with separate bath and use of family room and patio. It is a suite like rental. You have shared use of the family room. You can also have access to patio and Large yard with wooded area behind house. Deer and other wildlife can be seen often. All rooms are well lit, with natural light. You can walk to mall, Merriweather and library, if you are in shape or drive, take Uber or Lyft. Lower level family room, patio, yard, screened porch, kitchen, dining room, playground and pool (additional fee, for community pool) I am very people friendly and can make breakfast at additional cost. I also can provide transportation for 4 and rental car locations are nearby as well. I attend a wonderful church and would welcome your visit. I’m easy to talk to and open to helping you, anyway I can. Convenient to mall, groceries (Whole Foods, Mom’s, David’s, Wegman’s, Trader Joe’s, Safeway and Giant also), library, museums, casinos, hospital, restaurants and more. Walking, buses, Uber and Lyft There is a coded entry to be given before your arrival. Cats are friendly. No additional guest allowed without my permission. Must be fully vaccinated before staying in my home.
