Our place is close to the city centre and main transport links. You’ll love it because of the generous space (bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and dining area - 500 sq ft of your own), the quiet, pleasant upmarket neighbourhood (also with local park and canal) and the comfort of your surroundings. There's a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster for your convenience. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers; we are LGBTQ friendly. Make yourself at home. You have a whole floor to yourself, so you can relax in comfort. - In addition to the comfy double bedroom, you can spend your evenings in your own separate TV area on the sofa watching the 50inch TV, which shows SKY sports and most other channels. - Catch up on emails, or stream content to your laptop using our unlimited fast broadband - Prepare your own meals – we provide you with your own fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, and all the crockery and cutlery you might need. - Enjoy exclusive access to your own bathroom, with power shower. We have made some changes to our AirBNB procedures in the light of the Covid-19, to protect you and also to protect us – 1. We will leave a key for you to collect in a lock-box and we will sanitise both the key and the box. 2. We will clean and sanitise the hard surfaces of the guest area before you arrive and after you leave, as well as normal cleaning. 3. We will leave a cloth and bleach/sanitiser in the guest area for you to use, if you wish. 4. We won’t provide bread, milk, etc, which we normally do, so you will be able to have only your own food. 5. Guests will not be able to use any other part of the house (the guest area is 50 square metres.) 6. We will not enter the guest area during your stay. Dishes should be washed in the bathroom, or left on the half landing for us to wash and return We hope that sounds OK, for your safety and also for ours! You will have loads of space -a bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and dining area - 500 sq feet of your own. We are usually around, and happy to chat, but will not invade your space. We have a small Bichon Frise dog (hypo-allergenic) who loves to greet visitors, but will not be allowed to invade your space either. If you are feeling energetic, we are right next to the picturesque Grand Union canal and parkland. You can walk, cycle on the Milton Keynes cycle network (we can probably lend you a bicycle), or wave at the narrowboats as they pass. If you want company, our little dog is happy to go with you! Plenty of off-street parking available. The main city centre shopping area is about a kilometre away. We are about 2.5 mile from the mainline station, and from the main bus station, and Junction 14 of the MI. There are local buses which go to the cty centre and railway station. We may be able to offer you a lift if required. We are about 25 miles from Luton airport
