The village of Minstead is the perfect base for exploring the New Forest. We've got room for your walking shoes, your bikes and your horses (with prior arrangement) and we'll do all we can to help you have the best possible time with all of them. LATEST NEWS. Photos coming soon but in the meantime please get in touch for more details. Delightful double room in traditional New Forest farmhouse parts of which date back 400 years - the guest room included. For small families or parties of two couples, a second bedroom can be available also. This has another queen size bed and is opposite the first bedroom. Should visitors book this option the bathroom would be shared between those two bedrooms. Please enquire for rate - we can send you a 'Special Offer' if you'd like to book. For an extra person it is £ 50 per night, for a couple £ 65 per night and please enquire for children as it will depend on age and how many. Immediate off-road access to walks, bridleways and cycle paths. 10 min. walk to local village pub. Within easy reach of mainline stations and major road links. Stabling and grass turn out for horses. Ample parking for cars, trailers, horse boxes, etc.. Every interaction is different but we will always be friendly and do all we can to ensure that our guests have the best possible stay. For those with horses and/or bikes we can ride out with you and show you some of the local 'must-see' places. There are more ponies on the road outside the house than there are cars. It is beautifully quiet and unspoilt. Trains and taxis are close by. The sea is just 20 minutes drive away.
