Our 3 bedroom 1 bath house is located 2 blocks from the town center and short drive to Nevada County Fair Grounds , Empire Mine State Historical Park and Nevada City. Enjoy day trips from Grass Valley to Tahoe. Other adventures include Mountain Biking, Skiing, Music, Water Sports and Fishing. Several breweries and wineries are a short walk away. The house has central heating, WIFI, and cable., coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender. We are available for any issues that arise. Just a short 10 mins if needed. We maintain the yard as there are several flowers and lawns that need mowing in summer. We are also available for hikes or bike rides. 2 Blocks from Central Grass Valley,.
