Breathtaking panaramic ocean & sunrise views from Block Island Sound across to the airport from this custom built home that includes a gourmet kitchen with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2 living areas with a double wrap around deck. Our first floor has a beautiful open layout that makes for great entertaining and memories whether at the dining room table or the couch in the sitting room and cooking in the kitchen. There is one bedroom on the first floor with a spa tub and bathroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen size bed. The common room upstairs is very spacious and has a pull out couch as well. The views from the deck upstairs is breathe taking morning, noon or night... Guests will enter in and out of the house from the breezeway door on the lower deck facing the property entrance. We are only a phone call away. While the entrance of Beacon Hill Road on Center Road is more convenient and most direct coming from the boat, the entrance of Beacon Hill Road off of West Shore Road is more inviting for riding your bike. Mopeds are not permitted on Beacon Hill as a safety precaution.
