Hinton Grounds Farm is situated just outside the picturesque village of Hinton in the Hedges, 3 miles from Brackley. The Barley Barn is a newly converted two storey stone barn annexe with it own private access. One or two double rooms can be booked for sole use. The farm is in a very quiet, relaxing spot with no neighbours but within walking distance to the local village and a close drive to many attractions. The barn and everything in it is brand new. Upstairs there are two large Kingsize bedrooms both with TV's and ensuite shower bathrooms. If both bedrooms are required for 2 people, please book for 3 guests. For 2 couples, book for 4 guests. Downstairs a very large 80sqm open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Includes a fully fitted kitchen with an island & bar stools, full-size dining table & chairs plus a large corner sofa with a 55” TV. French doors open to private patio and garden. There is plenty of space and parking in the private gravelled courtyard by the Barley Barn. Hinton Grounds Farm is found on the Gated Road outside the quiet, picturesque village of Hinton in the Hedges – 3 miles from Brackley. The farm is set on a secluded hill half a mile outside the village that boasts a great local pub The Crewe serving good food and guests beers. Only one bedroom will be left made up for 2 guests unless both bedrooms are required. If so then please book for 3 or 4 guests, even if there are only two of you, as the price is per room not per night.
