This beautiful architectural Cotswold stone, three storey house has landscaped gardens at both the front and rear of the property. The front garden area is also where a secluded firepit can be located along with a cosy seating area. Completed in 2021, Hawford House is the perfect setting to enjoy a break in this beautiful part of the Cotswolds all year round. Upon arrival, enter the private driveway through secure electric gates where ample parking awaits. Once you have entered this architectural masterpiece, you are greeted by contemporary concrete steps leading down to a stunning open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room. The kitchen is complete with an Everhot stove and Quooker hot water tap, with an island seating area where you can look out onto the rear landscaped lawned garden. Leading on from this is a rustic dining table with seating for ten guests and a cloakroom with underfloor heating. Three elegant three-seater sofas are perfectly positioned for the wood burning stove and floor to ceiling sliding doors lead onto the outside paved area, the perfect spot for a relaxing evening beneath the stars. A secret stone door from the sitting room leads to a hidden snug complete with Sky TV, Xbox and en-suite with walk-in shower. Up an open staircase is a mezzanine double bedroom. The first floor opens onto the exquisite landing which is an architectural feature in itself. The first floor bedrooms are beautiful; one with a modern four poster bed and the other with twin single beds. On this level can also be found an exquisite spa bathroom complete with plunge spa bath with overhead shower and a secluded outside seating area. The second floor comprises of two glorious en-suite bedrooms, one with a roll-top bath and television. This Cotswold hot-spot has a wealth of coffee shops, tea rooms and great pubs and restaurants as well as independent traders including a traditional butcher, a specialist cheesemonger, wine merchants and chocolate shops, all of which can be easily explored on foot from Hawford House. Additional Information: Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Please restrict your dog to the ground floor and garden. Children and babies welcome (two stairgates and one highchair available free of charge and upon request). Travel cots can be accommodated in both top floor bedrooms and bedroom three. Bedroom five is not suitable for small children due to the space saving staircase. There is a steep drop at the front of Hawford House from the lawn to the drive. Day guests only by prior arrangement with the owner please.
