The newly opened house is a place of silence and retreat. Located in the small idyllic village of Hentern in the picturesque Ruwertal near Trier, it offers ideal conditions to be able to distance yourself from the hectic pace of everyday life. A fully equipped self-catering kitchen with adjoining dining room is available to guests. The spacious lawn in the garden can be used for outdoor activities. In every double room with bathroom there is a small desk. Wireless LAN and Ethernet connection are available. The house is located directly on a mindfulness path, where you can "swim in the forest" and on the "Ruwer-Hochwald-Traumschleife", an award-winning hiking trail of 13 km in length, which invites you to a nature experience that can hardly be more varied and impressive. Mighty rock formations, wonderful panoramic views, idyllic village structures and the stream of the Ruwer accompany you on this wonderful path. Where the locomotives used to steam, the "Ruwer-Hochwald-Radweg" was built a few years ago on the disused railway line. The path leads in gentle inclines on a bike path away from traffic in the best asphalt condition through the romantic Ruwertal. You can easily ride your bike or your inline skates - in the middle of the beautiful forest and meadow landscape - in one direction to Trier or in the other to Hermeskeil (total length: 48 km). Numerous refreshments will tempt you to take a breather with their delicacies. Bike rental possible (13 km). If, in addition to rest and relaxation, you also feel the need for hustle and bustle and city, trips to Trier or Luxembourg are very worthwhile destinations.
