Thalassa apartment with sea view

Thalassa apartment was built in 1974 by my beloved grandparents and has been renovated in 2017. The harmonious combination of traditional and modern design as well as the stunning sea view aspires to authentic pleasure. It’s located at the seafront of Frydi beach and hosts comfortably 6 guests. The Sami gulf and the mythical Ithaca island shape one of the most inspiring views of Cephalonia, especially at sunrise. Thalassa apartment is the second floor of a villa. It is amazing listening the waves and feeling the sea aura from the four balconies that face the coast, a rare luxury on the island. My family is staying on the first floor, which guarantees tranquility and direct help. Two different doorways, the main and a parking gate can access the villa. However, the apartment is accessed only with a staircase. The apartment is ‘divided’ in two areas, the sitting and sleeping area. The airy open plan living-dining area is connected with a fully equipped kitchen and a loft. Here you can spend precious time with your family, partner and friends. The main balcony is also a great area to enjoy your meals and drinks almost on the water. Both dining tables are for 4 guests. The main bathroom is by the kitchen. Dish and clothes washing machines are provided as well as TV and WIFI. The cozy loft with two single beds is also available for use with extra charge for each guest. The sleeping area includes the three bedrooms, all air-conditioned, with balconies to the sea view. The main bedroom has a double bed and an interior wardrobe. The middle bedroom has two single beds, designed to use also as a double bed under request. The third room has a sofa double bed and a small desk for a working space use. In the corridor there is a wardrobe and a small bathroom with shower. Thalassa apartment is set in large private grounds with mature trees and flowers. Guests can have access to all spaces in the house. I am always available to answer you any questions you have and give you tips. My mother Nikoletta welcomes you at the house. She gives an insight to the island from a local's point of view and she is happy to assist you anytime. Karavomilos is a smart little town with a selection of tavernas. Mellisani lake cave is only 250m from the apartment. A short distance along the coast is the pretty harbour of Agia Efimia and in the opposite direction is the bustling port of Sami both just a short 10-minute drive away. Cephalonia is gifted with natural beauty, geological mysteries and certainly the delicious Greek gastronomy. Karavomlios village is privileged to situated almost equally to the most must seeing places. Antisamos beach is 7Km Myrtos beach is 15km Argostoli capital city is 34Km Assos town is 22Km Fiskardo town is 35Km Lixouri town is 39Km Poros port is 29Km Ainos mountain is 26Km Here are some helpful driving instructions from the airport to Thalassa apartment. You take the direction towards Sami port. Airport -Sami is about 45-60'. You always follow the labels towards Sami. You turn left exactly at the Sami entrance with direction to Melissani Cave. You don't enter Sami. Karavomilos is the village you are staying. Keep always in mind the direction of Melissani Cave. On this main road you will see at some point a label for Melissani going to the left. At this point the house is exactly on the right side at the corner, the one with the blue windows. You take this little road down and you turn left in the villa and the parking area. After your booking or your arrival I will ask your passport or your ID card. This is the policy of the government. The beach in front of the house is rocky. I would recommend to have beach shoes.
