Luxury coastal home-office perfect 3-bedrooms accommodation in the best holiday area of the North East of England. Cullercoats is a little village located in between Tynemouth and Whitley Bay (both walking distance via the coastal picturesque promenade). All these coastal villages are looked after areas and all together they provide a great quality coastal life experience Located right on the coast (facing the famous Cullercoats bay) with breathtaking views of the sunrise and the sea in a gorgeous Victorian house this spacious flat provides the guests with the most comfortable living. Renovated up to the modern high-quality standards with preserved original Victorian features, it is the most pleasant accommodation and perfect for longer stays with the kids. There’s a new playground just across the road with a lot of facilities. It has easy (walking distance) access to the local amenities: shops, cafes, restaurants, famous national reward-winning beaches. Whilst the living room and the kitchen dining are facing the coast, the bedrooms are located on the back and provide a great quality sleep including at day time. The place is equipped with the front garden, so depending on the weather, you can meet sunrise enjoying your morning coffee either on the bench outside or in a comfortable egg-chair looking at the view from the living room. Cooking and eating is a pleasure in this place thanks to the quality equipment, space and the view. High spec pots and knives is not something the guests miss here when cooking. The place is great for a group of 5 adults for long stays but I wouldn’t recommend it for 6 adults for more then 4 nights. There’re 3 bedrooms but the upstairs bedroom (what we call a study) is equipped with a sofa-bed which according to my guests is more suitable for a couple of kids or one adult for a weekly stay. It’s still fine for short staycations. Front garden Back yard to store the bikes, park a car or make BBQ Available for the guests when required. Bus to the Metro Centre More about Cullercoats (Website hidden by Airbnb) A car, a taxi, a bus or a metro station called “Cullercoats”, depending on the time and the requirements all of these transportation methods are a possibility.
