Room B has a unique Murphy Bed (can be put away in the wall) and lots of office/desk space. Spectacular views. Love my sunsets. 4 bedroom home on golf course with a Private pool. Relax in the hammock under huge covered patio. I live in the home but on opposite side. I have two cats, so if you have allergies to animals, you may not be able to stay. Three bedrooms rentable, discounted if bathroom shared. Furnished. Free WiFi & cable TV. Rooms A and B share a bathroom with two sinks. Kitchen, dining, laundry room, living room (please clean up after yourselves). Arriving after dark? If I’m home, I turn on the lights. If not, you may need to use your phone for additional lighting. You must open glass door to access keypad. Lower left button will light up keypad. I try to be Flexible. My bedroom is on other side of house. Very little neighborhood traffic but quick access to I-35. Circle driveway (preferred). Park behind cae. Look for black line if no other car. Space to park off street but don’t block mailbox or neighbor driveway entrance across the street. I-35 within a mile.
