2BR old building charm! Netflix & 24h check-in

Welcome to the... ... in my bright, beautiful, classic old building apartment right in the centre! The apartment has 2 rooms, a freshly renovated, fully equipped kitchen and a small, but fine and renovated bathroom. The location is optimal: The main station is 5 minutes walk away, the next bus stop & shopping facilities are just around the corner. I try to make it nice for my guests here - so that you can feel a little bit at home far away from home! High ceilings and creaking floorboards The apartment is a real classic old Kieler building: Bright friendly rooms, with high ceilings and beautiful old floorboards, which we have lovingly refurbished. The bathroom and the kitchen have also been extensively renovated. Sleeping and living Whether on a business trip, a short break or a visit to the old student city - the most important thing when travelling is a good bed and a cosy atmosphere in the apartment. Therefore a large comfortable bed and two sofa beds are waiting for you, so that up to 6 persons can stay overnight here. Of course there is unlimited Wifi with 16.000 MBit/s and the ultimate new plus in the apartment: A brand new SmartTV with Netflix access! :-) (In the unlikely event that it rains one to five afternoons... :-P) Kitchen The cosy kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything hungry guests need to cook their own meals: In addition to all kinds of cooking utensils (from pasta sieve to wok) and a basic stock of basics (spices, oil, flour, sugar, etc.) there is of course coffee and lots of tea. Bath The small but fine bathroom is the new jewel of the apartment. We have just had it extensively renovated so that our guests can feel completely at home with us. The combination of shower and toilet also makes optimal use of the small bathroom. "mi casa es su casa" You book the whole apartment (approx. 45m²): Two rooms, kitchen, bathroom - lots of space for little money ;-) 24/7 Self-Check-In In order to give you the highest possible flexibility, the check-in is done via a key box. But of course you can still reach me via SMS or AirBnB at any time. Everything your heart desires The situation couldn't be better! Not only the train station, the city centre and the Hörn are only a stone's throw away, but also various shopping facilities (e.g. Sky, LIDL and a kiosk) are in the immediate vicinity. Everything is within walking distance. The whole quarter (Südfriedhof) is characterised by its quiet, green location. The Hasselmannstraße is a beautiful, quiet one-way street and the bedroom goes out additionally to the backyard. The main train station is 5 minutes walk away, the bus stop "Harmsstraße" is right at the next corner (the buses leave from here approx. every 15 minutes and in all directions) and parking is free in the street.
