Facilities: bedroom (king-size bed), integrated living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, balcony (loggia-style). Equipment: TV set, DVD player, stereo player, computer, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dish washing machine, microwave oven, coffee maker, and more. The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building fitted with a lift (elevator), 24-hour CCTV security surveillance and a large communal garden. A private parking space is provided. The rental price includes 1 weekly linen and towel change. But of course you may change bed linens and towels as often as you like yourself, as you'll find plenty of fresh linens and towels in the bed room closets. You'll have access to a basement storage room for bicycles or sports equipment, a large communal garden, and an on-site children's playground. You'll also have your own private parking space right in front of the building. And of course the entire flat is at your private disposal. Although I won't be personally available for you (I am living in Asia), you can always easily contact me in case of inquiries or requests. There also are a housekeeper and caretaker on location that you can approach at any time and who will gladly assist you in all matters. A comprehensive apartment guide is laid out in the flat, containing detailed house rules as well as a list of all amenities, emergency numbers and helpful tips for shopping and sightseeing. The apartment building is located in a quiet residential neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac with no through-traffic, and it is enveloped in a lot of greenery. Yet you'll find everything you need to self-cater in the immediate vicinity. You can reach the "autobahn" A7 Stuttgart-Munich within 5 minutes. Ulm and Neu-Ulm are a 10-minute drive away. A taxi to Ulm main station will cost around 20 euros. But from Senden's main station there also are numerous daily local trains to Ulm, where you can easily connect to long-distance trains, including to the airports of Munich, Stuttgart or Frankfurt. In the immediate neighborhood, you'll find a bakery and cafe, a butcher's, beverage store (including an excellent wine section), a pharmacy, bank, gas station, and several restaurants. Less than 5 minutes drive (or a 10-minute walk) brings you to an expansive shopping area with a mall, several supermarkets, as well as electronics, fashion, gardening supplies, construction supplies, music and what not stores. There also are a number of restaurants and bars.
