Our home is a beautiful barn conversion nestled between the village of Menston and Burley in Wharfedale. We are five minutes drive from Ilkely which is a spa town on the outskirts of the Yorkshire Dales. The house is on a private road and is secure for children. There is 1 acre of outdoor space and play equipment to enjoy. The home is decorated with a modern country feel and is welcoming and bright with modern fittings and appliances to suit families such as utility and open plan living spaces. There is a BBQ outside and hot tub on request. Seating area for families including a 'POD' for lounging in and eating in. Trampoline and children's play frame available in the garden along with football goal and footballs. Leeds City Centre 15miles Ilkley Town Centre 5 miles Harrogate 14 miles York 32 miles Bradford City Centre 9.6miles New Cleaning Sparkling cleaning has always been one of the most important things we have strived for when we let our house out, and something we take great pride in getting the regular sparking clean feedback from our guests But due to Covid 19 we have brought in additional cleaning procedures to make our house as safe as possible, the new cleaning and safety items being the following; • A full detailed cleaning rota that will be checked and signed off before each new guests arrival • Contactless check ins through a key safe • Provide PPE for our cleaners and our guest • Hand sanitisers provided throughout the house • We use sanitizers/ antibacs that kill the Covid 19 • We will not take any back to back bookings We believe the above is as much as we can practically do to make our house as clean and safe as possible, but should any guest wish we can arrange for a contract cleaning company to come in and do an additional sanitization for an additional cost of £65.00. We will need at least 7 days’ notice to book this in place, so if you wish to have this please let us know in prior to booking. If any guest have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to ask us. We are ideal for trips into the Yorkshire Dales or to local Cities nearby. The spa town of Ilkley is just five miles away and boasts lots of bars, restaurants, parks, children's activities as well as being a gateway into the Yorkshire Dales. The local villages offer privately owned café/delis with local pubs and amenities such as co-op and train stations. The cities of Leeds, York and Bradford are close by if you wish to travel further. There is parking for 3 cars Local trains go to Leeds/ Bradford/Ilkley/ York/ Skipton and Harrogate. Buses and taxi services also available locally local villages are a ten minute walk away or 2 minutes drive Please be mindful that this is a family friendly house not a party house and that we have lovely neighbours. We are happy to have social gatherings however in light of respecting our neighbours request that the following is adhered to; No outside music Curfew for outside and hot tub is 9pm 3 cars maximum as specified No drones or mechanical toys (e.g. quads) allowed No pets Please do not look to book our home if the above rules can not be adhered to.
