On the ground floor there is also the fully-equipped kitchen, which even has a dishwasher. There are three bathrooms, of which two are on the ground floor, one of which has a bath. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower. On the upper floor there are also a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a single bed and a supplementary bed. A little balcony rounds off this floor. The extensive site of 800m² has a great, heated swimming pool (32m²), which is surrounded by a sun terrace with deckchairs and parasols. There are also a summer kitchen, a grill area and plenty of seating on the big veranda. Table tennis, trampoline, swing and a play station invite you to linger. There is parking space for up to three cars on site. The little town of Vodnjan is very nearby and has many restaurants, bars and shops. The nearest beach is just eight kilometres away, about a ten-minute drive. Owing to the location in the south-east of Istrian, the town of Pula with the Roman Colosseum is also within easy access.
