Welcome to our beautiful maison de maitre in the heart of a busy village. Our house is tastefully furnished with all modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. On the ground floor there is a utility room, wc, large kitchen-diner and 2 reception rooms. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom, and on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite shower room. The house also benefits from electric heating, on street parking and a secure townhouse garden. The house is centrally heated and comes complete with all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer, tv showing both french and english tv There is a secure townhouse garden with dining terrace and on road parking for one car This is a detached house in the heart of the village. The whole house is available for sole use Our housekeeper is available to meet and greet you at the property and to assist you during your stay. Our house has everything you could wish for right on the doorstep. The village shops are only a minute's walk from the house and here you will find two wonderful boulangeries, as well as local bars and shops. A well stocked supermarket is only a five minute walk. There is an outdoor swimming pool (open in July & August) within a 2 minute walk and the Saint Sever forest is a 5 minute walk. The forest is great for hiking, cycling, orienteering and eating out. There is even a forest obstacle course for all the family. Nearby Lake Dathee offers golf, sailing and fishing and there are several wonderful and historical towns to explore, all within 15 minute's drive. Wonderful beaches are only a 45 minute drive and there are two fabulous zoos to choose from, both within a 20 minute drive. Le Mont Saint Michel, the D-Day beaches and Bayeux also offer a great day out for all the family all within a 90 minute drive There is on road parking space at the rear of the property for two or three cars.
