Hello fellow Intrepid travellers, 1 bedroom garden flat, North London, Southgate N14 The flat It is a light wonderful space and hold lots of positive energy the accommodation in the downstairs of a lovely house in a great road, with fantastic transport links, there is off street parking for up to 2 cars. Southgate Underground station (Picadily line) zone 4 is a short 7 minute walk, there are super amenities, food halls and shops, plus a gym and pool 5 minutes walk away in same road. Across the road to us is the entrance to Grovelands park, with its wildlife and lakes. Central London is 25 minutes away by train, and night buses run every night all night right up to Southgate station from the centre of London. Yogi the dog is around sometimes if i am staying on the premises, otherwise he is staying with his foster parents in Norfolk. The flat is vacated by the owner for guests, so therefore it has many personal items such as books and a full array of spices and other food items that you are welcome to use. This is great if you want to cook your own meals. Every care will be taken to prepare the space for you, so you can enjoy the garden and the lovely ambiance. A very comfortable sofa in the living room is used for one extra guest, sheets pillows and a duvet will be provided, therefore the apartment can sleep up to 3 adults. A baby cot can be provided on request when booking.
