Cottage in the heart of Périgord near Brantôme, Angoulême, Périgueux and Bergerac

The barn of the Etang des Faures, is a gite entirely renovated in local stones and located in a charming little hamlet in the peace of the Périgord countryside. The property has a large swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters, heated from June to September, secured with an alarm and a fence. A south-facing terrace with its BBQ and deckchairs and a tree-filled garden complete the facilities of the cottage. From July to August the pool area is reserved for guests of the cottage. The cottage consists of a large living room open to the American kitchen, offering all the comforts to spend pleasant moments of relaxation. The cottage has 5 bedrooms for a total capacity of 10 people, 3 with double beds, 1 with twin beds and 1 with bunk bed, and 4 bathrooms with WC, 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC and 3 with shower room and WC. Possibility to rent two additional independent bedrooms.
