Enebakk is a rural municipality just south of Oslo surrounded by beautiful forests, lakes, nature & wildlife. It is perfect for walking, running, bicycling (rental available), fishing (season card included), swimming, kayaking (2 shared available), canoeing (1 shared available), golfing, cross country skiing (2 pairs available), picking berries & mushrooms, yoga or simply relaxing. Lyseren is a 7 km2 / 3 sq mi large lake surrounded by mostly cabins, good for fishing pike & perch. There are crosscountry ski trails on the lake during winter, and a huge web of trails in the "marka" (meaning forest). Child friendly with playground, sand beach, football field and volleyball field. Two golf courts, two small alpine skiing resorts, water ski park (on another lake) and lots of trails and tracks nearby. Downhill biking and alpine skiing available in Oslo. Gasoline station, grocery stores, take-away restaurants and shopping centre with liquor store nearby. The cabin: - Built in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , less than 5 metres (20 ft) from the lake - 55 m2 (600 sq ft) ground floor + 15 m2 (160 sq ft) open loft, high ceiling gives it a spacious feeling - Big terrace with magnificent views over the lake, table for 6, gas barbeque, jacuzzi (available all year) and a bathing/fishing pier nearby - Free parking 100 meters / 300 feet from the cabin. Quick and cheap chargers for electrical cars available - Eco-friendly: Premium solar panels on roof feeding the cabin and the grid, all electricity comes from 100 % renewable energy, LED lightning, we recycle paper and glass/metal, provide food and shelter for birds and bees and more - Hallway with wardrobe and hidden washing machine / tumble dryer - Two bedrooms with double beds; 160 cm (63") and 150 cm (59 inches) wide by 200 cm (79") long, down duvets - Loft located above the bedrooms, with 150x200 cm (59x79") double bed, good space and a window - Living room with dinner table for 6 and sofas for 4-6. No big parties allowed. Inform if you bring pets. Please do not touch private stuff such as clothes in the wardrobes or toiletries in the bathroom, thank you. Normal cleaning is included, however it is Norwegian custom to tidy up after yourself after staying at a «hytte» (cabin). You remove bed sheets, linens, dirty dishwash and garbage, and clean out the fridge, oven and dishwasher. We vacuum clean and wash the floor, wash and disinfect kitchen, bathroom and all typical surfaces, wash the laundry and prepare beds and towels for the next guests. We will not meet during your stay. A code to the door and all necessary information will be given before you arrive.
