set on an estate in Woodville a stone's throw from the bus route to the A511 to Burton on Trent or Ashby de la Zouch. Asda and Tesco have shops close by along side the Ski slopes. For a larger shop there is Sainsbury's Morrisons Tesco and Mark's and Spencer. The cinema is in walking distance which is next to Presso Twin Chimneys and other restaurants with the usual takeaways. A large TV is in the room with Amazon prime and lots of other channels. There is ample space for laptops and the like. ln the summer months the conservatory is available which opens out onto the patio bbq and is a sun trap at the start of the day. Towels are provided and a selection of toiletries as is coffee and teas. l hope you can make yourself at home and if there is anything specific you require just let me know. Shared bathroom with shower cubicle. Kitchen with all facilities for cooking and laundry. Bbq in the summer. Dining room. Conservatory, patio and garden area. Car parking. l am available if needed but also respect personal space. A very private estate so quite. All modes of transportation are around and allowed. There is a key safe if you should misplace your key or l am unable to greet you on your arrival.
