6 bed suite on top of a hill

Chata Svinec is a small pension situated on top of a hill called Svinec, 6 km from town Novy Jicin. We love the calming nature and silence surrounding it. This suite is for groups of friends, sports teams, big families and so on. The best (and only) road to Chata Svinec goes through the Kojetin village. Starting in Novy Jicin, drive to Kojetin and turn right (and up) on the first intersection, then turn right on top of the hill (no entry except for our guests). Chata Svinec is a regular guesthouse with a restaurant. The restaurant is usually open only during weekends, but if there are any guests accomodated, it opens depending on their preferences. All the guests have access to a common room with a TV, fireplace and a small library. We will be there during the check-in and check-out, also always available on the phone, anytime you need us. We love Svinec so much because of the tranquillity it offers. The town is 6 km away by car and 3,5 km on foot, but you feel like in the middle of nowhere all the time. The closest house is 1 km away. The closest bus stop is approximately 1 km away (20 minutes), it is called Kojetin, rozc.
