Just 0.6 miles to Avon Beach and a lovely river/woodland walk to Mudeford Quay (1 mile). Comfy bed, great shower, light welcome breakfast included and no washing up as we will do it all for you! Smart television with Freeview HD and catch up services, DVD player plus free Wi-fi. Two comfy sitting room chairs, open wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Kitchenette: toaster/ kettle/coffee machine/microwave and fridge with ice box. Welcome light breakfast provided – cereals, bread, orange juice, tea and coffee. Sorry no pets allowed due to allergies. Accommodation is all on one level - just one doorstep up to the property. Regular buses into Christchurch/Bournemouth town centre for shopping and concerts & events at BIC Private entrance so you can come and go as you wish – however as this is a quiet residential area and linked to our family home no wild parties please! Just knock on the door ( social distancing please) if we are around or give us a call. Award winning beaches, Friars Cliff, Mudeford promenade and Mudeford Quay within walking distance. Excellent eateries and beach cafes are open. Five minute drive into the New Forest for walking routes and pub lunches. Bustling town of Christchurch just a 10 minute drive - lots of shop, cafes, bars etc., Several nature reserves nearby, some within walking distance - Hengistbury Head, Stanpit Marsh and Steamer Point. Highcliffe Castle - exhibitions, weddings and outdoor events 5 minute drive to two train stations. Our guests also enjoy day trips to the Isle of Wight via the ferry at Lymington. You can either take your car or go as a foot passenger. There is a train station at the ferry terminal (you will need to change at Brockenhurst to get there from Christchurch). You can catch a ferry from Mudeford Quay to Hengitsbury Head for walks, bird watching or just a trip to the peninsula.
