Private Quiet Double Room in Sheffield

A semi-detached house. Very clean, modern and homely environment. Very close to amenities (Northern General Hospital, Tesco & Post Office, Cafes, Pharmacy), quiet neighbourhood and parking spaces available. For business travellers working space and unlimited WiFi available. 15 mins drive to the City Centre and 20 mins drive to the Peak District. House is spacious, has 3 bedrooms (I live here). I kindly ask all guests not to wear shoes inside the house. Long and short stays are welcome. If you lose the key, there is a charge so please be careful with it. I do not charge for the cleaning because generally people are nice and clean up after themselves but if you do leave the house untidy and not clean after your mess, I will ask for additional cleaning charge. Please be considerate, I do live here and I try to make your stay as accommodating as possible so please be nice back. Kitchen, Bathroom, Living room, Garden, plenty of free Parking Spaces at the front & side of the property
