Plus a lovely farm house kitchen with a large range cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. This is a beautiful country setting surrounded by footpaths ideal for hikers, cyclists and explorers who enjoy the countryside. The Grand Union Canal can be accessed from the top of the drive and the famous Folly pub is a picturesque short walk away. "Lower Fields Farm" is a hidden treasure that makes an ideal retreat for anyone wishing to escape to the country. The accommodation has its own private entrance with views looking out onto farmland, sheep and horses. The location is perfect for anyone visiting the area and is an easy commute from Warwick House in Southam, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Gaydon and Stratford-Upon-Avon. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a tranquil country setting for the professional who wishes to leave the maddening crowd, yet needs to be near major travel routes including the M1/M40. There are also lots of lovely local pubs and restaurants nearby. There is a television with Sky including Sky Movies & Sports available in the room. A basic breakfast of cereals, milk, tea and coffee is also provided for you to help yourself. Do contact the host for monthly long term rates. You'll obviously have access your own private space which includes: bedroom, bathroom and large farmhouse kitchen with round kitchen table. The farmhouse kitchen is not shared with the host. The host has a separate kitchen. The Suite has its own private entrance which is completely separate from the host's and also has a separate kitchen again completely separate from the host's own kitchen. However, the kitchen may be shared with guests using the Sunshine Annex, if it’s occupied. However, for the main all quiet and private and if you choose to stay out late or set off on long early walks your comings and going won't worry the host, whatsoever. Tip: If you don't want to chance a shared kitchen, book the Friends & Family suite. It's the bee's knees! Napton is one of the oldest villages in Warwickshire and has a fabulous village shop and cafe, serving home cooked meals all day long. There are also some excellent pubs and restaurants just a hop-skip-&-a-jump away. This part of the world is ideal for people who want to escape the maddening crowd, enjoy the countryside and just relax and unwind or share time with loved ones. The views and scenery are beautiful and you'll be sure to check-out, filling revived and refreshed having taken ones foot off the stress peddle for a time. "Lower Fields Farm" is a beautiful remote idilic setting and it is essential you have a vehicle to access the farm and location.
