Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! New pictures will be up soon!** Our space is unique; there is barely another house that close to the beach! The house is newly renovated in a cozy, bright bohemian style, paying homage to cycladic summer living. Guests can also access the back yard and family orchard. The owners' house is about 4 minutes away. We will be available to help with any issues or questions anytime. We are always on our phone and we strive to provide our guests with the best experience possible! Though the house and the surrounding area is very quiet, the neighborhood is very safe, with other properties nearby. The house can only be accessed on foot via a small, private path. Cars can be parked very close to the house (right next to the path). The beach in front of the house is very quiet, almost private. Whether you enjoy fishing, swimming or taking a relaxing walk on the beach with your family, our house will be perfect for you!
