Villa Los Olivos - Palmar de Ocoa

Welcome to Villa Los Olivos, a breathtaking experience in front of the Caribbean Sea's sand and waves with one of the most spectacular sunsets on the south coast. The villa is private and spacious, with a rustic style, perfect for large or small groups. We have a swimming pool, BBQ area, basketball hoop, snorkeling equipment, domino table and access to the beach and water games from the villa, security and concierge included. The keys to this Villa belong to you. The property is located on an exclusive residential area called Costa del Sur with private access to the beach of Palmar de Ocoa. All rooms have their air conditioning and their own bathroom for greater comfort. Inside the main house we have 3 living rooms and 2 dining areas. I will not be physically present during your stay (unless there is an emergency, of course) but I will be available for questions at all time. Please don't hesitate to ask. The concierge may also assist you with anything you may need. Answers to FAQ: - The entire property is private including the pool. Everything is exclusively available for your use only. - 2 nights minimum per stay on weekends only. - 18 overnight guest maximum. - All room include their own A/C and full bathroom. - Babies <2 years old free of charge. - Minimum age for renting is 21. - No pets allowed. - Fridge and extra freezer included. - We can suggest someone who can cook for you during your stay ($25 dls daily) - Food not included. - Water sport reservations may be arranged. - The entire property is disinfected after and before each stay (COVID19 Safety Measures).
