Total privacy from terrace, unlike most apartments in Las Boas community. View is facing the sea ,the Marina and its yachts, the Old Town but not the neighbors! It has has 2 large bedrooms, one with a double king size bed and the other with 2 single beds. There are 2 complete bathrooms and a separate toilet. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults + 1 small child. Designer furniture and Bulthaup kitchen, Nespresso machine, Xbox, Playstation, Free Wifi throughout the apartment and building. The pool is amazing – rumoured to be the largest residential pool in Europe with chill out areas, a gym with state of the art Technogym equipment, sauna, Turkish bath and hot tub as well as childrens pool and play area. The flat is air conditioned and furnished to the highest standards, with a new kitchen and new designer furniture. Parking is easily available on the street. Ibiza's Old Town is 15 minutes walk away. Taxi from/to the airport is 15 mn and 20euros.
