Mysig stuga på 64 kvadratmeter på avskilt och lugnt läge med Hallandsåsens bokskogar som granne. Med närheten till Västersjön med sina fiske- och badmöjligheter , Vallåsen, Djurholmen, Båstad och Ängelholm. Stugan är fullt utrustad. I köket finns det spis/ugn/micro/kaffekokare/brödrost/diskmaskin/kyl och frys. I anslutning till köket finns även ett stort matbord med kökssoffa och 4 stolar. Trasa, diskborste, maskindiskmedel ingår i hyran. Mitt i vardagsrummet finns en kamin. Soffa med soffbord och TV med ljudanläggning finns i vardagsrumsdelen. Sällskapsspel och böcker/tidningar samt pussel finns i stugan. I hallen finns kläd- och skohylla och möjlighet att stuva in packning i 2 stora garderober. Ett av sovrummen är utrustad med dubbelsäng (160cm) nattduksbord med lampa, byrå och garderober. Det mindre sovrummet har en våningssäng (90 cm och 120 cm) sänglampor och 2 garderober. Sängarna är bäddade och klara in för ankomst vilket ingår i hyran. Badrummet består av dusch, handfat med handtvål och WC. Tvättmaskin är installerad och tvättmedel ingår i hyran. Altanen är utrustad med bord och stolar samt grill. Stor trädgård som tillhör stugan och som förfogas av de som hyr stugan. The cottage is fully equipped. The kitchen has a stove / oven / microwave / coffee maker / toaster / dishwasher / fridge and freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen there is also a large dining table with kitchen sofa and 4 chairs. Cloth, dish brush, dishwasher detergent are included in the rent. In the middle of the living room is a stove. Sofa with coffee table and TV with sound system are in the living area. Board games and books / magazines as well as puzzles are in the cottage. In the hall there is a clothes and shoe shelf and the possibility to store packing in 2 large closets. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed (160cm) bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers and wardrobes. The smaller bedroom has a bunk bed (90 cm and 120 cm) bedside lamps and 2 wardrobes. The beds are made and ready for arrival which is included in the rent. The bathroom consists of shower, sink with hand soap and WC. Washing machine is installed and detergent is included in the rent. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs and barbecue. Large garden belonging to the cottage and only available to those who rent the cottage. Gäster disponerar hela stugan med altan och trädgård. Parkering sker på tomten bredvid stugan. Det finns grusstigar i hela området som så väl asfalterade vägar. Stugan ligger i slutet av gatan med skogen som närmaste granne. Lugnt och avsides med närheten till stigar för vandring. Gäster disponerar hela stugan med altan och trädgård. För den som vill njuta av naturen så finns det flera strövområden i närheten bland annat Djurholmen. För den fiskintresserade finns Västersjön på promenadavstånd. Här finns möjlighet att hyra båt och köpa fiskekort. Sommartid finns även badbrygga och grillmöjligheter finns året runt. Skidanläggningen Vallåsen ligger cirka 10 km från stugan och erbjuder under säsong slalom samt möjligheter att åka längdskidor. Sommartid erbjuds istället bra cykelstigar. Sommartid är pool öppen och det finns även en mindre för barn. Här finns även möjlighet att spela tennis, bordtennis och lekplats. Stugan är fullt utrustad och på altanen finns de grill och matplats. För oss är det viktigt att ni ska trivas i stugan och vi ser alltid till att den är i bästa ordning för er ankomst. Av erfarenhet har vi valt att enbart acceptera gäster med goda omdömen från andra uthyrare. For those who want to enjoy nature, there are several walking areas nearby, including Djurholmen. For those interested in fishing the Västerjön is within walking distance. Here you can rent a boat and buy a fishing license. In summer there is also a bathing jetty and barbecue facilities are available all year round. The Vallåsen ski resort is located about 10 km from the cottage and offers seasonal slalom and opportunities for cross-country skiing. In summer, good cycle paths are offered instead. In summer the pool is open and there is also a smaller one for children. There is also the opportunity to play tennis, table tennis and a playground. The cottage is fully equipped and on the terrace there is a barbecue and dining area. For us, it is important that you feel comfortable in the cottage and we always make sure that it is in the best order for your arrival.
