Adorable Carriage House Close to Beach

This is a tiny 800 sq ft two level guest house. Main floor is kitchen and living/dining area. Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds and a Queen size bed. There is an open loft area which is the owners sewing room. The loft also has a small balcony with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. Three piece bathroom is also located upstairs. This house is perfect for 4 people. There is a lovely front porch with a gate - we like to call it the outdoor playpen because it's great if you have a little one or a dog. The back deck is big enough for a dining and lounging area. The guest house is located on the same property as our home and shares the same backyard. It has been landscaped to create a bit of privacy on the back deck but not complete privacy. Of course, you are always welcome to join us on the patio of the main house for a glass of wine. The front porch of the guest house is completely private from the main house. There is also a separate driveway to the guest house. We do have 2 small dogs that live on the property but they are super friendly and will most likely try and engage you in play. If you do not like dogs then this property is not for you.
