Sweet deal! Small, beautifully decorated, efficiency apartment above our detached garage on 1 acre landscaped lot. Completely private! Very quiet. Wifi, Roko tv. Comfy foam Queen bed, Rain Shower/bathtub. 12 min-Hobby Airport 13 min- Downtown 20 min- Galleria mall 7 Miles to NRG Stadium 1 mile to new Houston Botanical Garden! The apartment is set apart from my home in a beautiful garden setting. A very serene and comforting environment. Although small, makes up in amenities! Washer and dryer on back screened -in porch of house. Easy access for guest. Lock with pin code, which I provide on the check in day. You will have total privacy. If you have any questions I'm always available by phone. My neighborhood is a very eclectic mix of people and homes. Most homes are pre-war homes, some mid century, and some new homes. Almost all the lots are very large ( mine being one acre). I have good neighbors as all of us enjoy our yards and our privacy. My neighborhood is one exit outside of 610 loop, that circles around the city, so very good location for getting around anywhere in Houston! Houston is still in process of offering other modes of travel, so so a car is really the best means of travel. There is the bus stop very close. Uber and Lyft is available in my area, also. Large flagstone patio under giant old oak tree....you are welcome to sit outside and enjoy the trees and flowers with your morning coffee...
