House of 115m2 is divided in two levels and can accommodate 5 to 6 people. An ideal house for winter and summer vacation built according to Pelion traditional architecture, with beautiful garden and a magnificent view to the sea and Volos town. Surrounded by forest and with the river nearby, is the right place to live and enjoy nature in a peaceful environment. On the ground floor there’s a living-dining room with a fireplace and two couches (can accommodate two persons/ideal children) an open plan full equipped kitchen and a wc. On the upper level, there is a bedroom with double bed and a fireplace, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom and a living room ideal for reading and relaxing with panoramic view. In the living room there are also a sofa bed and a sofa that can accommodate two more visitors. The house is fully equipped including Dishwasher, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Refrigerator, Water Kettle, Filter Coffee Machine, TV set, DVD Player / DVDs movies collection, CD player/ radio, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Free WiFi, Towels & bed linen, Firewood (winter), BBQ. There are two entrances leading to the house. One is from the main road with three levels of stairs and the other one is from the cobbled street reaches the house with one level of stairs. Full access to the whole house and equipment. Upon arrival & departure, there will be someone to welcome you & assist you. On the day of arrival bed sheets and fresh towels will be available. Koukourava is a settlement of traditional houses built on Pelion mountain, surrounded by the forest. This small village has many footpaths to been explored. The church Agia Magdalini (built in 1737), the old othomanic Tower and an adventure walk besides the river should be not missed. Makrynitsa's center is just 7 minutes, Portaria village 12 minutes and Volos center 10 minutes by car. Makrynitsa & Portaria villages are ideal to taste local cuisine and visit small shops with biological herbs, local sweets etc. Access to house by car or taxi. Public transport is not available. This house has been built by a Greek famous music composer/guitarist and it consists his "artistic nest" and a meeting point of significant artists.
