Construction of years 2011-14.The villa is located in Porto Rafti-Attica-Greece and is SEAVIEW with the seashore 180 m away and a SANDY BEACH JUST 300m away. It is pretty close to Athens International Airport some 15 km SouthEast of it at the Eastern seashore of Attica in the Aegean Sea.It is also 40 km SouthEast from Athens downtown center and about 50 mins using a car and the metro. A welcome breakfast basket along with a bottle of local wine is offered to guests.Smoking is allowed in veranda and in balconies. The villa is consisting of two detached independent and identical apartments in first and second floor, each of 65 m2 surface area and each with a 20 m2 area sea view veranda.In this advert the apartment in the second floor is presented.Second floor apartment accessible by 25 stairs.First floor by 9 stairs. Two bedrooms,one with a double bed and the other with a bunk. An extra portable bed can be provided upon request to accommodate one more person in the second bedroom. Two baby cribs available upon request. One bathroom with washing machine. Living room with fireplace. Kitchen fully equipped. A sofa in living room can sleep one more person than the five in the bedrooms. A TV set is available,as well as a DVD and a stereo. A big a/c unit in the living room cools and heats the whole apartment.The place is also convector heated and air ventilated by portable ventilators.Hot water through a solar convector. In the sea-view veranda there is a bricked double sofa, table, chairs.Wi-fi internet connection is available free of charge in the house also in most taverns and cafes in the wider area as well as in Panorama tavern that is 300m away from the house. The yard provides free car parking but there is ample of free parking space and outside .An outside shower for summer use there is in the yard which is covered with fine gravel and some small trees and rose plants. A portable BBQ for outside use in the yard is available upon request. A bike is available for cycling nearby upon request.Also darts game. A double canoe is available upon request. Linen and towels are provided-one set for every week of stay. The property is away from traffic noise and city lights,ideal for relaxing.But if you need some action you can find some good restaurants,coffee shops and music bars within walking distance (approx.1.5 km-2.5km) in Avlaki main long beach. Supermarket is available about 1.5-2 km away. The phone number of a Radio taxi can be provided upon request. Medical services can be found in Porto Rafti and in Markopoulo city where is the emergency first aid center. Directions to get to the Athens downtown and Acropolis are as follow: Athens by car- metro Follow the road towards Markopoulo and Athens.After reaching Markopoulo follow the road towards Athens without tolls .At the second traffic lights turn left to find the Koropi suburban rail station- where from you will get the metro to Ag.Marina.Descent at Monastiraki station to access Athens downtown and Acropolis.Estimated time of total travel 45-50 mins. It is suggested than going by car.You can use the metro almost everywhere in Athens.(single ticket cost 1.40 euro and is valid for 90 mins) Don't miss to visit the Acropolis-Parthenon (entrance fee about 20 euro) and the new Acropolis museum (entrance fee about 5 euro). Walk also in the older parts of Athens ,in the foothills of Acropolis, in the areas called Monastiraki-Plaka and Anafiotika.(metro stations Acropolis and Monastiraki) You can also visit the National Archaeological Museum of Athens.(metro station Omonia) For kids and not only, the Attica zoological park in Spata is interesting. Also in Spata the MacArthur Shopping Discount Mall. If you prefer an excursion to the close to Attica Aegean islands you can visit Evia and Andros islands from the Rafina port and Kea island from the Lavrio port.Both ports are close to the house the first some 10km away to the North and the second some 15 km to the South. You can also try the one day cruise to the near Athens Argosaronic islands Hydra-Poros-Egina.The departure is from Flisvos marine at P.Faliro at 8:00 and the arrival at 19:30.Info at Athens by car Follow the road to Markopoulo and then follow the Attiki odos highway (toll 2.80 euro).Exit at Imittos ring road towards Athens center. From the airport to the house. Follow the road plates to Markopoulo.Pass Markopoulo. Continue straight ahead to Porto Rafti.At the roundabout go straight.Pass the small white church on your left at the beginning of the Avlaki long free beach.Continue straight.At the food market Kritikos turn right.At the end of road turn left and drive straight till Toulipas road.Second small road is Margaritas.
