The Dairy has sliding doors which make the whole space open plan. The high ceilings in the kitchen offers space and a unique airy feel. The porch has a variety of plants to enjoy as a interesting and unique place to sit and enjoy a book and overlook the garden. The whole house has wheelchair access. Sonos is throughout the accommodation and a tv in livingroom, kitchen and bedroom. L.E.D lights in the bathroom gives a feeling of looking at the stars in the bath...also we have a private hot tub As you drive in to pathhead farm take a direct left in to the parking space in front of the accommodation, sectioned off by dry stane dyke. You have 3 ways of accessing the Dairy. You have a private back enterance through the gate leading directly in to a hall way. This offers a place to leave your jackets and boots. We also have a double door access from the bedroom and porch straight on to the beautiful court yard with stunning flowers. A nice place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The porch has a stunnjng botanical display which you can also enjoy from the bedroom window as well as a seating area in the porch where you can relax and read a book whilst overlooking the garden. The porch then has a further double doors leading in to a livingroom with a snug feel and a sofa bed for extra guests. Coming off the livingroom is a modern kitchen with all mod cons and everything you need to prepare a feast for your family. A large sliding door separates the space between the kitchen and bedroom and can be pushed right back providing a fantastic feeling of space and light. The bedroom is light and airy with lots of natural light flooding in during the day. We have black out blind for our velux and curtains covering the windows for privacy and to block light. A desk or dressing area is available in the bedroom with a comfortable chair and space for a laptop. The bathroom really is a feature. L.E.D lights twinkle in the ceiling giving a fantastic atmosphere and a feeling of bathing under the stars. The bathroom has a bath and seperate shower and offers a clean, modern feel. To top it all off......there is a 4 person hot tub. A place to kick back and enjoy with a glass of prosseco! This is a high spec accommodation which offers uniqueness and style as well as comfort and luxury it is a private space with door, blinds, disco ball, lights and a sonos speaker. You will love it! Instructions on access will be provided by private message. We will leave you to your privacy but we are available for a blether or advice if required. A little bit of luxury!!! Easiest by car but not essential as a bus stops very close to the accommodation. The Dairy is the bigger and more refined sister of the Bothy which is also available at pathhead. Please ask for availability if you are interested in either property. We are situated a 5 min walk to the town centre but we are also based on a busy equestrian centre within the farm. Horse riding is available on request or just enjoy petting the horses as you meander through the farm grounds. We also have a cafe within the farm which is independently run by a fantastic foodie called Dean. There are many dog walks close to the accommodation. All guests staying with us can receive 20% off bookings with the equestrian centre for horse riding or lessons.
