Sleeping 13, Alexander House is a fantastic house for a family gathering. The house is at the end of a private no-through road making it very peaceful and secluded but it is also only a very short distance to the beach, the Meare and other attractions in Thorpeness and a walk along the beach to Aldeburgh. Downstairs there is a large open plan living space with a well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy seating. There is a further sitting room with a wood burning stove and large television with Sky so everyone can have their own space and enjoy relaxing. Upstairs the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with rainfall shower over the bath. There are a further 2 bedrooms with a King size bed and a double bed, a twin room and a further room with 3 single beds and an en suite shower room. The family bathroom has a separate rain fall shower and a bath. The house has the added attraction of a downstairs bedroom with a bathroom which is great for less mobile guests. The garden is enclosed and provides a lovely space for eating out with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is parking for up to four cars off the road. Nespresso coffee machine provided - please supply your own pods. The dining space has a large table and chairs and the table can be extended to seat a large party. The sitting room area has a large corner sofa and armchairs. There is a large television with a DVD player and Sky package. Utility Room With washing machine, butlers sink and a door to the garden. Iron, ironing board and clothes airer provided. Cloakroom With WC and wash basin. Sitting Room With a sofa and armchair, a further television and a wood burning stove. Study With desk and chair. Bedroom six With two 3' single beds and French doors leading to the back of the house Shower room With rainfall shower, WC and wash basin. First Floor: Master Bedroom With super King size bed and a television. There is an en suite bathroom with a bath with rainfall shower over, WC and wash basin. Bedroom two With two 3' single beds and a wash basin. Bedroom three With three 3' single beds. En suite shower room with shower, WC and wash basin. Bedroom four With King size bed, hand basin and television. Bedroom five With a double bed. Bathroom With separate bath, rainfall shower, wash basin and WC. Outside: There is an enclosed garden with patio area, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Parking for four cars. Additional Information: Sorry, no pets.
