Rural B&B on the Cotswolds doorstep

We are a smallholding in the lovely Warwickshire countryside. On the doorstep of the Cotswolds, Shakespeares Stratford and Warwick Castle amongst other attractions, such as the popular Caffeine and Machine. The market town of Shipston-on-Stour is only a mile away, with shops, pubs and restaurants, and there is an 18th century pub in the village of Tredington which reopened September (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and is about a 10 min walk from us. We have a menagerie of animals, but none that will wake you up! We have plenty of off road parking and a private deck you can use which overlooks our hay field. You can often see deer or hares in there with occasional barn owl and red kite visits. The room is on the ground floor with no steps once in the house. There are a couple to get into the property. Cereal and toast will be provided for breakfast and there are tea and coffee facilities in the room. We can also provide a cooked breakfast in the form of eggs from our own free range chickens. Scrambled or fried on toast, or boiled with soldiers perhaps? Breakfast served between (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) You will have your own downstairs area of the house with separate entrance, lobby with breakfast table, bedroom, shower room and an outside decked area. We are surrounded by farmland whilst being close to local amentities. During busy farming periods, like harvest, the tractors may be going all night to beat the weather. It is not that noisy and is part of rural living. Car is the best way to explore the local area but there are public transport links and some nice bike rides.
