With secure gated parking onsite. You have your own front door entrance into The Annex at number 5. You will come straight into the dining area with a table, chairs and fitted kitchen with access to the lounge, bedroom and shower room. The main bedroom has a fitted wardrobe with full length mirror, and dressing table and the bed which can be made as a King Size bed. The living room has a leather sofa which pulls into a double bed very simply and quickly. Sleeping 4 adults comfortably. Wifi access in every area will keep you connected. All the rooms have televisions. A private 1 bedroom apartment annexe giving you a private and comfortable place to stay. We don’t provide daily breakfast but will provide you with a welcome pack to start your stay. You have your own private front door and access to The Annexe and Self check in . We live on site attached to the annexe. We have a separate entrance to The Annexe. No areas are shared so stays are welcome during isolating. You can visit the queens statue which is right next door! You might actually be lucky enough to see her in person - The Royal helicopter lands at the top of the gallops right outside when she is visiting!!!! You can watch the horses training here in the mornings- if you are an early riser! Newmarket has plenty of places to eat out should you wish - Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Greek, - Breakfast, lunch or dinner you wont be short of choice. Access to Newmarket and the property from the A14 is very quick and easy, follow the signs for Newmarket races and you will find us straight away. 15 minutes in each direction by train into Central Cambridge or Bury St Edmunds. Bus routes into these towns as well as the neighbouring towns of Ely and Thetford and surrounding villages. The are plenty of taxis in Newmarket, all in distinctive back and yellow so you know you are in a safe licenced vehicle. Although we do not provide a cooked breakfast we will leave you a breakfast box at the beginning of your stay.
