Reconstructed family summerhouse in Želivka area (protected water reservoir for Prague). Have a picnic in 1 of 2 gardens (one with a 4x2m pool), in quiet nature, do some walks, fishing, cycling, river-riding, mushrooms&beries picking or visit castles/chateaus and gastro-tourism during the days and then relax by the fireplace. Local honey available Due to protection of the area, its maybe a bit undeveloped. Recently waking up, prices are low and tourists welcomed spacy, renovated rustical style for living and relax. Local grocery shop behind the corner for breakfasts. Recycling center (plastics/glass/paper) next to the shop as well. A town Ledeč behind the hill with Penny Market (Billa by the river, local butchers etc on the main square). Parking in front of the house or by the shop (if more cars come); Local guide with tips for fun and trips around provided;) 2 baby beds available (120cm x 60cm) all included + changing table etc. 3 TVs available: 1) fireplace 2) bees (in the very back of the big garden) 3) regular set tob box TV and projector available for movies (bring your PC/Mac, HDMI). Another small town Ledeč (castle) just behind a hill with squash, bowling, few really nice restaurants and great homey café Kovárna. Check touristinfo in Ledeč (mainsquare) about what´s up for few next days. In Kouty great sauna and restaurant.. Within 20km brewery Bernard; distillery/watchtower/goodies shop/very good restaurant with local food Bohdaneč; river formations Stvořidla; castles in Ledeč and Lipnice; chateaus in Zruč and Světlá; glass factories in Tasice and in Sázava; In "Hulice" closeby one can visit within walking distance: The Water house exhibition, The Bee world exhibition, unfinished Hitler´s highway bridges and excursion to a dam of Zelivka (making drinking water for Prague).. for public transport see (Website hidden by Airbnb) bus possible, theoretically the train to Ledeč nad Sázavou; but the car is most convenient and recommended
