Pulpit Rock-close house with stunning view

Beautiful, new renovated house with everything you need. Four bedrooms with comfy beds, two full bathrooms with heated floor, washer and dryer at your disposal, big kitchen with everything you need, living room on both floors with big windows and stunning view over the fjord. Close to Stavanger, to grocery stores, extremely close to Pulpit Rock hike and other spectacular hikes and adventures! Welcome to us! Welcome to our beautiful house in Pulpit Village, Jørpeland. This is our primary house; we live here with our private stuff, so you'll have everything you need, not like other rentals. On the other hand we expect you to treat our home with respect as you would with your own. LAUNDRY ROOM Use the code lock for easy access to the house. There is a washing machine, dryer, freezer, big freezer with refrigerator-temperature here so you can keep a lot of food cold during your stay. BEDROOM 1 Second floor. Big, king sized bed, night tables and a dresser. Big windows with opportunity for fresh air. Many plug-ins. BEDROOM 2 Main floor. Big, king sized bed. There is a wardrobe with mirror doors in this room. BEDROOM 3 2. floor. There is a so-called daybed which can be turned into a king sized bed. The room is painted in nice colors with self-glowing stars in the ceiling. BEDROOM 4 2. floor. The room has one single bed. If you need more beds, we can fit two mattresses on the floor. No problem. The room is painted in a nice color. BATHROOM 1 Main floor. Big, new and stylish bathroom. Heated floors gives the room the heat every bathroom should have. Big shower with glas doors. BATHROOM 2 2. floor. Brand new and stylish. Bath tub. KITCHEN Integrated kitchen and livingroom. White kitchen equipped with everyting you'd need. Since this is our primary home, you'll find whatever you need here; kitchenaid, coffee brewer, kettle, norwegian waffle iron, baking equipment, vases, cloths - yes, please do not hesitate to ask wether we have something you'd like. The kitchen counter has a bar part with two bar chairs. There is a table with six chairs and a chair for kids. If you need more chairs, we'll fix it in advance. LIVINGROOM Big comfy couch with a comfy feel to it. There are a few chairs, plants, pictures (yes I sensured the personal pictures online :-p). The windows are big so you can enjoy the view. We're (unfortunately) not always blessed with beautiful weather and sun. LIVINGROOM 2. FLOOR One big couch and table. Perfect for watching the view, playing board games or just relax. If you're many guest we may fit a floatable double bed in here. It's supposed to be used as this and is actually really comfy with a small mattress on top. It self fills with air. LIVINGROOM BASEMENT No windows and a big 65'' flatscreen tv with LED-lights. The TV is connected to wifi (as you have in every room + outside). We do not have cable TV, but use online streaming-TV. We have an AppleTV and the TV is an so called Samsung smart-TV. It's perfect for watching TV and movies! OUTDOORS We have, during the last three years been remodeling our house. We're finish inside, but there is a few things to be done on the outside. Like we're rebuilding the front terrace. It's estimated to be done in may. The terrace on the back is great for early mornings and midday activities. It's big and you have access to both hot and cold water tap - so you can fill a little swimming pool if you'd like. On the afternoons and late night the front terrace is the best. Here you'll have beautiful view over the fjord and mountains in front. Enjoy the view and the landscape. PARKERING OG ADKOMST Free parking on the property. We recomend to have your own car while staying here, but if you prefer, there is a bus stop right over here. The bustimes during summer are a bit modest, but of coarse possible. As described under "the place" you'll access what there is to find of kitchen equipment, plates, cups, glasses, coffee brewer and so on. Beddings, pillows, mattresses, towels, yeah, what you'll need. Parking spaces, electricity, hot water, stunning view. You are expected to treat our home as you'd treat your own. Leave it the same way you found it, tidy. We do NOT wear shoes inside, neither do you. Place your shoes in the hallway. Extremely dirty shoes, your hiking boots stayes outside. You'll have access to hot and cold water tap outiside. See the pictures for what we have. Please do not hesitate to send your questions by message! :-) While you're staying in our home we'll be on holiday. We'll put the key in the key box before your arrival and the code is given after your booking is confirmed. You may reach us though AirBnB, by mail, telephone, sms prior to, during and after your stay. If you need us we'll try help you as good as we can ! Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It's only Jøssangvegen, the road you access the house from and a few seahouses that separates the house from the sea. There is a little beach close-by where you can take a swim if you'd like. PULPIT ROCK. The reason for the season, or the main reason to come here, the highlight might be the Pulpit Rock hike. It is one of Norways best known hikes and not so hidden gem. It is a 5 minutes drive to the parking where the hike begins. But you should also know that there are a lot of other beautiful hikes nearby. We're more than happy to tip you. It is on these hikes you'll discover real norwegian nature, due to the loads of people doing the Pulpit Rock hike during summer (and actually all other) season. We do recommend, as mentioned before, that you come by car. But public transport is possible, even tho the timetables are a bit modest during summer season. It will take you halv an hour to walk to the closest marked, Rema 1000 (or 5 minuets by car). To walk to the city centre will approximately take the same, and here we have whatever you need; stores for clothing, sport, interior and knitting, bakery, restaurants, vinmonopol (to buy alcohol with more than 4.7 % alcohol), cinema (friday and sunday evening, often in english with norwegian texts), tourist information and other. Just a beautiful home with a lot of norwegian style and charm. As long as you behave as you would've done if this was your place, it's all ok. You need to be quiet between 11.00 pm and 06.00 am due to norwegian laws. Of coarse you may talk and sit outside later than this :-)
