Bright and spacious apartment in city center

A bright, spacious, luxurious apartment, fully equiped for a comfortable stay. The apartment is 5 minutes away from the pedestrian zone, yet in a quiet street, with a beautiful view of Sombor rooftops and greenery. In the same street guests can find a bakery producing delicious traditional pastry and a market for all common necessities. This is a newly built appartment (2018), located on the third (top) floor. Elevator is available. It's 82m2 large with one bedroom, which in turn provides spacious living area. Living room: A big couch that comfortably fits two adults lying on each side. A mattress is available to transform the couch into a bed for one person. 40" 4K Smart TV with cable and Netflix will keep you entertained in the evening. A cozy "reading corner" will help you unwind with a book and a glass of wine. The wall clock is locally crafted and is there to ensure you can put down your phone and enjoy private time. A bluetooth speaker can be uplugged and carried around the appartment. Kitchen: Fully equiped kitchen - big fridge with freezer, dish washer, owen, induction stove, microwave, blender, and a kettle are all available for use. Pots and utensils to cook anything from Thai to Italian food. Wine glasses, beer glasses, whiskey glasses, cocktail glasses (but empty, alas). Bedroom: A queen sized bed with a premium mattress and pillows will make sure you get a proper night's sleep. Wardrobe is built as a separate unit to keep the bedroom spacious, so you can use the extra space to do yoga or your morning excercise. A crib can be provided for longer stays. The bedroom is tastefully decorated with abstract art and greenery. A working desk with lots of natural light and a comfortable chair is in bedroom corner. WiFi speed is 40/2. Bathroom: A big hot tub will allow you to create your own personal spa experience. Light the candles (just don't burn the place down :D), pour yourself some wine, and bring in the wireless speaker to completely unwind and enjoy. Laundry room: Washing machine, dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, and sanitary chemicals are all available for use. Use the dryer carefully !! - we can't be responsible if you shrink your clothes, so double check if your clothes can be dried in a machine, otherwise there's a small air dryer above the ironing board. There's several stack of books around the place in both English and Serbian, novels, as well as professional literature. Enjoy reading them, just don't forget to put them back when you are finished. Guests can use everything in the apartment. I am available for any query you might have - never be shy to ask anything. City center is just around the corner - and shops like bakery, pharmacy, cake shop, market are in the immediate vicinity. The area is great for a short evening walk or jog as there are few cars, lots of greenery and beautiful traditional houses and facades. The building is very peaceful and the community is made up mostly of young families. Don't forget to say hi in the elevator :) We can arrange affordable taxi pickup from airports and cities nearby.
