Cosy cottage in idyllic Burnham Overy Staithe

Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe and just a short walk from the quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom. The cottage has a small, south facing fully enclosed courtyard garden equipped with dining furniture and a BBQ. We can be contacted by phone, text or email at anytime if any problems arise or with any questions about the cottage or local area. The cottage is ideally placed for access to all the glorious beaches and nature reserves of the North Norfolk coast. As well as the multitude of independent shops and boutiques in nearby Burnham Market, Wells Next The Sea and the surrounding villages, there are larger supermarkets just a short drive away in Fakenham and Hunstanton. There are golf courses in Brancaster and Hunstanton and horse racing in Fakenham. The excellent, dog friendly pub, The Hero, is a very short walk from the cottage If you prefer to go car-free, the local Coastliner bus service stop is a short walk from the cottage. Accessibility: Guests should please note that the flight of stairs to the bedrooms is narrower and steeper than a modern flight. There is a sturdy banister on the left hand side as you ascend. The bathroom is on the ground floor and is accessed from the small hallway between the sitting room and the kitchen. There is a 5" step up from the dining area out into to the courtyard garden at the rear of the house. Additional charges: - there is an additional charge of £30 for stays of only two nights. This is payable prior to arrival. - pets are welcome by pre-agreement and for an additional charge of £15, also payable prior to arrival. - early check-in and late check-out requests will be considered for a small additional charge and strictly by pre-agreement. - as a courtesy to guests arriving after you depart, we ask please that if any breakages or damages occur during your stay that they are reported immediately so that steps can be taken either to obtain replacements or undertake repairs as necessary.
