The exact area of the house is 300 m2. I make available to small groups of 5/6 people exclusively part of the house, knowing that the other part remains closed. The house is located in a flora and fauna, very quiet, not overlooked merges in perfect harmony with a view of the Pyrenees. The ground floor, consists of two bedrooms of 30 m2 each, with a living room of 60 m2, and an equipped kitchen of 45 m2 without forgetting the vestibule, bathroom as well as private wooded parks of 6000 m2 with a barn of 200 m2. The pool is 8m x 10m.
