We are across the street from the San Francisco Bay with sweeping views across the bay to the Golden Gate Bridge. The home has waterfalls and gardens surrounded by a beautiful cedar fence for privacy. There are 6 opening skylights and windows all around for a bright yet private setting. There is a deck and a garden patio. You have a private garden entrance. There is intenet and off street parking in the driveway for your car. Street parking is no problem also. The floors are hardwood. There is a wood burning stove. The area is peaceful by the bay, quiet and safe. There are double bolt locks. The home is architecturally interesting in the Frank Loyd Wright style with lots of openness, light and redwood. The space is bright and fun! There are 4 bedrooms. There are 3 full baths. No one will be in the home outside of your group. 4 couples or 4 singles and no extra people. https://www.airbnb.com/h/fun The home is a short walk to Point Richmond where there are grocery stores and restaurants. Wednesday nights April through September there is a farmer's market on Wednesday evenings. There is a famous small live theater called the Masquers. There is a swimming facility called the Plunge which is open to the public and one of the biggest indoor pools you will find. There are also yacht clubs and bay beaches. There is great bike riding either in the hills or on a flat bike path along the waterfront that is extensive going south of Berkeley from Point Richmond. There is a bus line to bart or to Marin which is a short walk over the hill to catch at the end of the line. It is about a 25 minute drive to SF. without traffic delays by car. You can drive either to SF on the bay bridge or Golden Gate bridge. The Golden Gate would require 2 bridge tolls on the way into the city and no tolls on the way back from the city. Another option would besides driving or bart to SF would be the ferry from Larkspur which is about a 15 minute drive across the Richmond bridge. There is also a ferry from Richmond to SF. A bike route across the Richmond Bridge to Marin is scheduled to open soon!
