Available is an impressively fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances for light use. I welcome you in my home from any corner of the world. I can accommodate a single person or a couple in a private En-suite bedroom. Or a family of 3 adults. Parents in the En-suite bedroom and a sibling in a single room. Guests are welcome to use their designated bedroom & bathroom to include only light kitchen facilities and much more which can be prearranged to suit their needs and requirements prior to travelling. Joel’s home is located in Buckinghamshire, England, United Kingdom. The house is within few minutes walk from the village high street where you can easily pick up a bus going in any direction. A variety of local shops to include a supermarket, restaurants, convenient stores, a Costa coffee shop, pharmacist and a Dr's surgery are all minutes away. The neighborhood is very safe, secure and friendly. Usually neighbors keep themselves to themselves all busy with their own lives. However, if in need the neighbors are very friendly and assisting especially that I have lived here for the 11th year and on good terms with all. Ample free parking available. Public buses are 2 minutes away away going in all directions. Iver main line train station is 10 minutes walk travelling into London. Heathrow airport is within easy access usually 10 minutes by bus to include Pinewood Studios also 10 minutes in the opposite direction. Close by 5 minutes away is the renowned Brunel University and the Uxbridge shopping malls and busy town center with all its various shops and outlets. London city with all its famous landmarks, hospitals, universities and shops is within easy access reaching all main road networks whether using own car, trains or buses. Joel's Guidebook In order to avoid disappointments, one thing that can impact your stay if you plan to prepare and cook a specific international meal if you don't have all ingredients already with you! Otherwise, this a family kitchen well equipped with all basic ingredients at hand. Please note: A standard initial cleaning fee of £20 per booking will be charged and due to the recent Pandemic, frequent cleaning and sanitizing would be required for the safety and well being of all concerned. However, a further reduced fee of £15 would then be required for each additional week to cover the costs of chemicals and labor. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
