Ideal for a family or two with smaller children, who want a place to stay and relax with peace and quiet in a suburban neighbourhood, near the sea, not too touristy but with many things to visit nearby. The flat(s) include everything from free WiFi, to bed-sheets, towels, Air Conditioning, and a brand new kitchenette complete with a 3rd external mini-fridge and other accessories. All appliances are rather new. Included is one office with Fax and PC, a baby/small child's bedroom and a secondary bathroom with a stand-up shower. A quiet suburban neighborhood with pretty quiet people, far from the hustle and bustle of the nearby town. Located 500m from the beach, next to the cosy village of Palea Fokea (or Phokea). The nearby free beach is accessible by foot, as are a mini supermarket and the bus stop. /h/aris-flat Bus service can take visitors to Cape Sounion (20 mins.) or to Athens (1+ hour). The El Venizelos international airport is approx. 35 minutes away by Taxi. Optional airport pick-up and drop-off is available upon request at 50 Euros per leg (return trip price is 100 Euros). We also offer full access to the garden with the lawn, and one parking space, if needed (extra). Closest mini super-market is 8 minutes walk, and the bus stop 20 mins.
