Peaceful retreat located on 2.5 acres. Relax and enjoy nature in this one bedroom guest house. Private drive and parking from main house, with easy access to Robins Air Force Base (7.5 miles), Georgia National Fairgrounds (13 miles), and Warner Robins (6 miles) shopping and restaurants. This property may not be suitable for guests with children who are non swimmers as there is an open pool on the property. "BEAR" queen mattress in bedroom and pull down queen Murphy bed in living area. Extra pillows, towels and linens provided. Full bath through bedroom with walk in shower. Full size refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, electric skillet, toaster and microwave in kitchenette. Basic spices, condiments, oils and cooking tools provided. Fire pit (wood provided), basketball court (ball provided) and pool (seasonal) available for guest use. Property located on back of quiet, one street neighborhood. Concrete drive to main house turns into gravel drive to guest house. Guest house has keypad with option of using a key upon arrival. Owners do not access guest house during guest stay unless requested. Covered parking is available to side of guest house and open parking with motion lights is available on side and rear of guest house. Please only park or drive on gravel covered areas. Furniture needs to be rearranged to accommodate Murphy bed use. Please notify before arrival if you would like configuration changed by host. Host, family and friendly dog live in main house.
