Taking the stairs to the only apartment in the building located on the first floor will lead you to this full of light living room with a 3 seater and a 2 seater couch to wind down after a long day of exploring and relax while watching TV on the flat-screen television. Although divided by a partition, the dining area with its large table and chairs is connected to the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities to prepare all types of meals – coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and toaster. Both bedrooms have double beds and large spacious closets for those with longer stays. The bathroom has a shower and a standard-sized bathtub. Enjoy some quiet time on the balcony facing the side of the building and over the park in front of the building. This apartment has all the amenities for a perfect stay- air conditioning in all rooms, free WIFI, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
