Multiple rooms available (separately priced) Guests welcome from all backgrounds as long as they are respectful & considerate. Tidy, homely, well presented, clean, Free Wi-Fi & private en-suite with good shower. Draw, shelf, wardrobe space Off road & street parking available for up to 5 cars 24hr Co-Op garage with most amenities 2 min drive away. Aldi & family restaurant chain 10 min walk / 2 min drive away. Guests can use the Kettle in the kitchen for tea and coffee (provided) Guest rooms are on the First floor and I sleep on the 2nd floor Guests are free to use the garden to relax or smoke (please just ensure doors/ windows are shut in the house so smoke does not blow in) Kitchen and hall way are free to access as well as the table and chairs in the main living room. Very personable and friendly host who is fully CRB/DBS checked, happy to keep guests company if wanted and if I am about. open to sharing family room if I am about and we get on Witham is a quiet yet heavily developing residential area due to its well positioned access to London, Chelmsford, Colcheter and Braintree Car is the best way to get around however there is a strong network of busses to get you to Chelmsford/ Braintree and Colchester as well as trains. I dont smoke so please be aware of that. No smoking anywhere in the house or leaning outside a window please. Colcheter (20 mins away) is home to a beautiful castle, great Leisure centre and probably the best Zoo in the UK (it really is brilliant) Briantree (20 mins away) is home to a Discount Designer outlet "Freeport" great for shopping Chelmsford (10 mins away) is a City with all the usual City amenities.
