1 beautiful bedroom in amazing cottage

Double bed My guests have their own private bedroom and bathroom. I welcome guests to make cups of tea and coffee. It is possible to use the kitchen to prepare the odd meal as long as they clean up after using the kitchen. I have a lovely sitting room which guests are welcome to use if I’m not there. I have clothes washer which can be used within reason guests are welcome to sit outside in my very comfortable chairs in the garden. My home is full of lovely antiques and many original oil paintings. I love doing my own interior designing and have enjoyed doing my home to a very high standard. It was totally renovated 2 years ago. Everything is new. My guests who rent only rooms are welcome to use my kitchen to make hot drinks and heat small meals in the microwave but not to do full on cooking. I rent the whole house and obviously when I rent the whole house cooking full blown meals is welcome Available most of the time and I love to interact with my guests. Lovely neighbours we all look after each other. Bus train I have 2 cats who are very friendly but are not allowed in the bedrooms
