Quiet room in house close to station & high street

Cottage Villa in the town and close to the train station. Ideal for access to the countryside and the surrounding Surrey/Sussex and Hampshire borders. Also convenient for travel into Guildford or London from the train station. The room is at the top of the house with good views over the surrounding hills. It is also at the back and sheltered from any traffic on Shepherds Hill. There is a small sofa for sitting and a desk for working and a (Hidden by Airbnb) Assistant for information. This room is at the top of the house and quieter being away from the Midhurst road. There's a skylight and window with good views over Haslemere and the surrounding hills. There's a desk should the space be needed for work and plenty of wardrobe/storage space. The kitchen has plenty of space and could be used also for work/study. Outside there's a small patio area, garden, and cabin for relaxing and/or reading/work. Haslemere is small, quiet and in an area of outstanding natural beauty with many parks, market towns and local inns. Superb for history, nature, culture and walking. The coast is also close with Chichester and Portsmouth only 30 minutes away by car. The train station connects to all major routes and there are local buses to most areas. A preferred guest would be vegetarian, vegan. Strong cooking smells are not welcome and definitely not curry. I'd like any guest to be clean, neat, minimal, quiet, tidy and generally respectful. The bed is very low lying Japanese tatami mats with a firm mattress laying on top. No pets, no smoking, no contact with cats. In the event of someone wanting to stay for an extended period and needing dedicated office space please ask as there is a workroom next door or a cabin outside which could be organised for a revised fee. I'd prefer not too much luggage or heavy items being brought in. Many thanks.
