Located in a quiet, and very safe neighborhood. Everything provided for a comfortable stay. Small fenced backyard with outdoor table and small BBQ. Clean, nicely decorated unit (1/2 of a duplex). New flooring in living and bedrooms, tiled kitchen and bathrooms. Modern furniture. Dishwasher, washer and dryer. Wall unit air conditioning. Ceiling fans in each bedroom. There is a school with a big park area just one block away. There is public bus transportation three blocks away that will take you to the downtown area. The property is just 10 minutes from the freeway and 5 minutes from the airport. There are few shopping places that are an easy walk away, but the ideal way to get downtown is driving or taking the bus. There is an attached garage and parking in front of the duplex. From time-to-time, other work needs to be done, sprinkler check, fertilizing the lawn, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee for the Keurig machine, dishes and eating utensils and pots and pans. Fresh towels and linens are provided as well as a hair dryer and shampoo and conditioner. There is WiFi and full cable including HBO and Showtime. There is also an iron and ironing board next to the clothes dryer.
